Ok you guys, sorry last work out video i'll post. This was just too good to pass up.

This was my daily workout back when I was in the "industry".
And this is just for fun, cause its so much fun!
Side Note: Can we please have a sweatin' to the oldies party!? Also, if I wasn't so on top of Halloween and already had a costume, this is the best idea. One lucky individual gets to be Richard Simmons, and the rest of us are his dance party on Sweatin' to the Oldies, you saw the outfits. And we love it so much we've memorized the moves! Maybe next year...

Heritage Days
My family recently came across photos of my great grandfather (Ivan Benkovic) and some of his work. These photos came from an independently owned collection by a Dr. Kovačić in Croatia. Unfortunately, Dr. Kovačić is dying of cancer and my family is attempting to contact him about getting the collection donated to a museum in Samobor, or possibly selling parts of the collection to members of my family in the United States.
My great grandfather with his wife and two sons, Boris and John.
My great grandfather died in 1918 due to the Spanish flu epidemic and my great grandmother died soon afterward orphaning my grandpa and his brother. When my Grandfather Boris and Uncle John (Ivan) were orphaned all of their Father’s artwork was sold or given to other family members to pay for the boys care.
So it would be great if some of my family bought some of the pieces, but I'm guessing it will be donated to a national museum. Just more incentive to go visit the mother land.

They arrest the civilian. Examination of the hard drive reveals a number of computer games, including Medal of Honor, in which the player is a heroic US soldier in the second world war, and Socom US Navy Seals, in which the player is a heroic American soldier tasked with wiping out terrorists. The suspect is released.
But this is pretty interesting. link. I cannot believe the shit in these logs. And its one day in Iraq. It is kind of scary to see the things our gov does to people. Anyway, gotta go.

Yeah-Uhhh...
I'm not sure which one to give it up here for...Madonna or Vanilla Ice? If only I could have been old enough in the early 90's, I could later regret this photo (Madonna) or the fact that I have a scorpion yin/yan tattoo (Vanilla Ice). On the contrary, Madonna's always had a hot bod and this was probably the peak of Vanilla Ice's fame. That or when he was on Season 2 of The Surreal Life with Ron Jeremy in 2004. Yeah I saw some episodes...
Oh, did I mention the haircut? I think it's a wig.
